Q: I am having trouble uploading my property photos. HELP!
A: When uploading your property photos be sure you have zipped them first. To create a zip file you first need to highlight the files you would like to include, right click, then choose Compressed (zipped) Folder. Windows will then create a folder with a .zip extension just below the files you had chosen.

Q: Does it matter what the names of my photos are?
A: Yes. Please number your photos in the order they are to appear, followed by “_”, followed by the description of the photo. For example: 1_Exterior, 2_Kitchen, 3_Master, 4_MasterBath, etc.

Q: I have clicked the submit button. How do I know if my information was sent successfully?
A: If you have sent the information successfully you will see this message just below the submit button:

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Yes you will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of submitting the form (Sorry. We are not that automated yet.).

Q: How long will it take to receive the links to both my branded and unbranded virtual tour?
A: You will receive both your links within 2 business days.

Q: What is the cost of the virtual tours and how am I billed?
A: The cost of a branded AND unbranded virtual tour is only $15. After placing your order head over to the Products tab and place your products in your shopping cart. Then you are able to checkout securely through Google Checkout in the upper right corner of the website. Please contact us directly if you have trouble Google Checkout. We will not be able to process your order until your payment goes through.

Q: I am also in need of a flyer. Can you help with that?
A: We sure can. Be sure to check “Yes” on the order form under the flyer field. Then type in the numbers of the photos you would like to have featured on the flyer (you will need 5 photos). You will receive the flyer as a PDF in the same email as the virtual tour links (within 2 business days). The cost of a flyer is only $10. After placing your order head over to the Products tab and place your products in your shopping cart. Then you are able to checkout securely through Google Checkout in the upper right corner of the website. Please contact us directly if you have trouble Google Checkout. We will not be able to process your order until your payment goes through.

Q: Do you offer professional photography for my properties?
A: Yes we do have a professional photographer on staff. On the order form if you choose “Yes” you need a professional photographer to come out and take pictures of your property, our photographer will call you within 36 hours of your request to schedule a time to do the shoot. The fees for a professional photographer start at $99. After placing your order head over to the Products tab and place your products in your shopping cart. Then you are able to checkout securely through Google Checkout in the upper right corner of the website. Please contact us directly if you have trouble Google Checkout. We will not be able to process your order until your payment goes through.

Q: The price has changed on my listing. Can I have my virtual tour or flyer price updated?
A: Yes. ONE price change is included in the price of the virtual tours. To request a price change send an email to orders@VirtualTourIdaho.com with the letters “VT” and your MLS # in the subject line and new price in the message body. You will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of your request and a new link within 2 business days. Additional price changes can be requested but at a cost of $3 per change. As for the flyer, UNLIMITED price changes are available. To request a price change send an email to orders@VirtualTourIdaho.com with the letters “FLYER” and your MLS # in the subject line and new price in the message body. You will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of your request and a new flyer in 1 business day. After emailing your order in head over to the Products tab and place your the Additional Changes product in your shopping cart. Then you are able to checkout securely through Google Checkout in the upper right corner of the website. Please contact us directly if you have trouble Google Checkout. We will not be able to process your order until your payment goes through.

Q: How long will my tours be active?
A: After 120 days you will receive an email from us asking about the status of the listing. At that time, if inactive we will remove the tour. If the listing is still active, we will leave the tours up and then contact you in another 120 days to inquire about the status.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes!!! Purchase 5 virtual tours (branded or unbranded) at anytime during the year and receive your 6th one FREE. This offer applies to all accounts in good financial standing.
